How Recreational Riders Can Support Our Mission

Our goal is to have our recreational riding participants and or a member(s) of their family want to become further involved with our inclusive community after they begin riding with us. Therefore, our hope is that after a month or two of getting to know us, you will reach out to us to discuss how you/or a member of your family wants to further engage with BINA. Please note, when we begin to build the schedule for each session, priority for our slots are first given to those who are involved with supporting our mission. If we are unable to provide a slot for someone who is not involved with supporting our mission, they will be added back to our waitlist. Below are just a few ideas of ways to get involved. Thank you.

Volunteer

We love building our inclusive community with having those who are qualified to volunteer in any capacity which works with their schedule and skill set. Volunteers in our lesson or barn programs must be 14 years of age or older. Below are just a few ways we can use volunteers:

  • once a week in our mounted and unmounted programs

  • at our yearly Rider Showcase

  • volunteer during our vacation and summer specialty programs

  • barn help (for those with experience)

  • help us with our facility maintenance, we always need carpentry or landscaping skills

  • do you like photography or videography, help us collect social media content

Horsing Around at the Mandarin Gala

We are always looking for people to help us with our Horsing Around at the Mandarin black tie gala which is on Saturday, November 15, 2025. Our needs include:

  • solicitation for auction items

  • connecting us to potential corporate sponsors

  • photography or videography volunteers

  • purchase a table and invite others to learn about our mission

  • musicians and or other performers

  • day prior and day of hands on support

Other Ways to Support our Mission

There are so many ways to support our mission and below are just a few:

  • connect us with companies or organizations who may want to do community service/engagement days at BINA

  • sponsor a horse for 1-12 months

  • host a “friend or fundraiser” event at your home and introduce others to our mission

  • administrative support (min 2 hours per week) answering phones, greeting participants, etc.

  • social media/marketing support

  • and any out of the box idea where you think you can help support us in a way which your professional expertise can be utilized
