Penelope Lemon, MA Licensed Riding Instructor 

Penelope joined BINA Farm Center in 2025 as a Massachusetts Licensed Riding Instructor and is currently working towards her PATH Intl. Therapeutic Instructor certification. Growing up in Concord, MA Penelope has been riding, showing, grooming, training, learning, and loving-on horses since 2012. As the older sibling to her deaf-blind brother, she has a unique and personal perspective on disability and adaptive support.

Having studied Equine Management and Equine Assisted Services at Delaware Valley University in Doylestown PA, she rode on the University’s IDA Dressage team. Penelope currently splits her time between BINA Farm Center and her work as a barn manager, looking after a diverse herd of 18 horses. As if that were not enough time spent in the stable, she loves spending free time with her own horse, Rue.
