Nick Picardi, Barn Team Member

Nick is part of the barn staff at BINA Farm Center and a proud member of the BINA community. Nick has a background in psychology and became interested when learning that BINA offers equine assisted therapeutic opportunities for individuals living with mental health issues. Nick began working at BINA Farm Center in 2023 with limited horse experience. Despite being new to an equine facilitated environment, Nick loved horses from a young age and recognizes the tremendous value in the development of human-animal bonds. Nick’s responsibilities include barn duties, feeding, grooming, horse care, and property maintenance. Nick is forever grateful for this career opportunity and finds it a fulfilling experience giving back to BINA Farm Center.
